Hosting
The clinosys.ma website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States). The marketing site processes no clinical data. Optional licensing, booking, WhatsApp and diagnostics services use separate, minimized and documented flows.
Data protection (Loi 09-08)
Information collected through contact and early-access forms is processed within the framework of Moroccan law 09-08 on personal-data protection. You may request access, rectification, opposition or deletion by writing to privacy@clinosys.ma. No clinical data is transmitted through this site.
CNDP declaration
A declaration has been prepared for the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) covering the processing of early-access registrations and contact-form submissions. The declaration number will be published here once issued.
