The clinosys.ma website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States). No patient data is processed by this site — Clinosys is a desktop application that never communicates with our servers.
Data protection (Loi 09-08)
Information collected via contact and early-access forms is processed in full compliance with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data. You have a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion that you can exercise at any time by writing to privacy@clinosys.ma. No protected health information is ever transmitted through this site.
CNDP declaration
A declaration has been prepared for the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) covering the processing of early-access registrations and contact-form submissions. The declaration number will be published here once issued.
