Features

Everything you need to run your practice

Protected patient records

Sensitive identity and clinical fields are protected with application-level AES-256-GCM encryption; operational metadata remains local to the practice.

Structured consultations

Capture the complaint, exam, vitals, diagnosis and treatment plan in a structured consultation workflow.

Prescriptions & templates

Build prescriptions medication by medication. Save your frequent combinations as reusable templates.

Medical documents

Store lab results, imaging and certificates; document contents are encrypted before local storage with a dedicated DOK key.

Print-ready A4

Prescriptions and consultation reports in A4 format with your clinic header, numbered and ready to sign.

Smart waiting queue

Reception staff add patients to the waiting queue, and the doctor can open the next consultation in one click on the current workstation.

Controlled Clinic pilot

Multi-station LAN synchronization and team workflows are being validated site by site before general availability.

Integrity-linked audit trail

Security-sensitive events covered by the current audit layer are linked in a SHA-256 chain so breaks in the recorded sequence can be detected.

Our approach

Software that respects the rhythm of your practice

Clinosys is built on three convictions: clinical records remain under the practice’s control, software should speak your language, and every connected service should have a clear and minimal purpose.

  • Local-first, by default

Patient files live on your machine. Multi-station LAN deployments are limited to controlled Clinic pilots. Optional services receive only what is needed for licensing, public scheduling or explicitly enabled sanitized diagnostics.

  • Written in three languages

French, Arabic, and English are first-class citizens — not translations. Layouts flip, fonts switch, calendars adapt.

  • Precision over features

We'd rather ship five perfectly-tuned workflows than fifty shallow ones. Every screen is measured against the minute it saves you.

  • Control and reversibility

License expiry locks licensed workflows without deleting local records. Reactivation remains available, and the data files stay in place.

Security

Your clinical records remain under your control

Clinosys separates local clinical storage from optional, minimized connected services.

AES-256-GCM encryption

Sensitive patient identity and clinical fields, notes and document contents are protected with application-level AES-256-GCM encryption. Working keys remain local.

Morning-passphrase model

A clinic passphrase entered at startup derives via Argon2id the KEK that unlocks the DEK, NEK and DOK keys. Held in memory only.

SHA-256 chained audit

Security-sensitive events covered by the current audit layer are cryptographically linked with SHA-256, allowing verification to detect breaks in the recorded sequence.

Local-first, always

Sensitive clinical fields and documents are encrypted by the application before local storage. Full-file database encryption is not yet available. Essential clinical workflows work offline; connected services use a limited connection.

Role-based access control

7 predefined roles (Owner, Director, Doctor, Head Nurse, Nurse, Secretary, Assistant) with a granular permission matrix.

Aligned with Loi 09-08

Architecture designed to respect Morocco's personal data protection law — consent, minimization, right of access.

How your keys live throughout the day

Morning

Passphrase entered once

The owner enters the clinic passphrase at startup. Argon2id derives the KEK, which unlocks DEK (patients) / NEK (notes) / DOK (documents).

Day

Staff log in normally

Each user signs in with their password. The app encrypts and decrypts protected fields in memory as needed, then locks after inactivity.

Evening

Keys wiped on shutdown

When the app closes, the DEK/NEK/DOK keys are wiped from memory (zeroize). Sensitive clinical fields and documents remain application-level encrypted; recoverable key slots are not yet available.

Early voices
I've waited years for a practice app that starts in Arabic, prints a proper Moroccan prescription, and never asks me to trust a foreign cloud. Clinosys is that app.

If your question isn't listed here, reach out — we respond within 24 hours.

Clinical records remain on your machine and are not replicated to our cloud. Sensitive clinical fields and document contents use application-level encryption. Multi-station LAN deployments are limited to controlled Clinic pilots; optional services use only the minimum data needed for their function.
