1. Purpose & scope
These terms govern your use of the clinosys.ma website, operated by HOET Technologies SARL (hereinafter "we", "us"). They do not cover the Clinosys desktop software itself, which is distributed under a separate end-user license agreement provided with each installation.
2. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using this site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. We may update these terms from time to time; significant changes will be announced with at least 14 days' notice on this page.
3. Early-access registration
Signing up for the early-access list is free and creates no obligation for either party. We use the information you submit only to notify you when Clinosys becomes available on your preferred platform and to send occasional product updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the site; (b) submit false or misleading information through our forms; (c) use automated systems to harvest content; (d) impersonate any person or entity. We reserve the right to block access if we detect abusive behaviour.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, icons, brand marks, source code, photography, and design — is the exclusive property of HOET Technologies SARL or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. The content is provided for informational purposes only; we reserve the right to change it at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, HOET Technologies SARL disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
7. Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to external services (Cal.com, Google Maps, social networks). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to the use of this site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca.
