Clinosys is local-first desktop software for medical practices and clinics in Morocco, published by HOET Technologies SARL in Casablanca.

Product boundaries:
- Clinical records, consultations, prescriptions and documents remain on the host workstation by default.
- Optional connected services are limited to licensing, extension and medication catalogs, patient-free calendar availability, encrypted minimal booking details, consented WhatsApp jobs and opt-in sanitized diagnostics.
- Essential clinical workflows continue offline. Connected services require internet access.
- The current multi-workstation LAN transport is an experimental preview for trusted networks and synthetic data. It is not for real patient data until TLS and the production path are complete.
- The current desktop clinical interface and A4 prescription template are French. A complete Arabic RTL prescription template must be validated before it is presented as available.
- Clinosys is in early access. Cloud calendar and WhatsApp remain staging-only until production-readiness controls are complete.
- Clinosys does not provide dosage advice, drug-interaction checking or clinical decision support.

Website languages: French, Arabic with RTL support, and English.
